Moonlet Nap is free, has no accounts and no in-app purchases. It is provided as is.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Moonlet Nap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
The app itself, its source code, design and name remain the property of the developer.
What you may not do
Copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, distribute it as your own, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.
Not medical advice
Moonlet Nap is a diary, not a medical device. Its records and charts describe what you entered — they are not a diagnosis and not a recommendation.
For anything concerning your child's health, sleep or feeding, talk to a doctor.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or that it will suit any particular purpose.
Backups are yours to keep. Since data is stored only on your device, losing or resetting the device means losing the data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of data.
Changes
The app may change over time: features may be added, altered or removed. Updated terms are published on this page with a new date at the top.
